Step 1.  Call  317-858-0254  to determine whether the workshop is full and to discuss any questions you have about the class.  The in-class portion of the class will be held regardless of weather conditions; usually the in-class portion constitutes 50% of the workshop time.  The field portion will be rescheduled up to two times in the event that weather conditions do not permit sky observations for navigation purposes.  We fully realize that celestial navigation is very dependent upon the sky conditions and we will make 2 efforts to reschedule field activities.   Our awareness that sky conditions can present an unwanted challenge, is reflected in the modest price for these workshops..  Comparatively, other 4 hour workshops, on more basic navigation subjects, are considerably more.  

Refund policy: A 75% refund will be offered if you cancel within 14 days of the class start; a 50% refund will be offered if you cancel 7 days before the class start class; no refunds for payment will be made if cancellation is not made 7 days prior to the class start; however credit will be applied toward a future class. 

Step 2.  Send a check or money order, along with your telephone number and a completed liability waiver form to:

Upon receipt of your payment, you will be called by telephone to confirm your enrollment in the class and be given an enrollment confirmation number and any other details you need about the class.
